Just had a thought about Moira…If all this time she had Proteus ( Kevin MacTaggart) as her son, wouldn’t that have changed also if she activated her powers and reset the timeline 11 different times? At any rate, Sinister is finally succumbing to his own weakness that some other than himself, may have known and that’s his own hubris. He never took into account that the mutants would go against him when his plans came to fruition. I also think that’s due to him not factoring in the many times he’s been more of a villain to the X-men, than he ever was an ally. To me he never gained that Magneto appeal where magneto knew where to draw the line versus sinister always pushing the veil.

In the case of Proteus, technically there is less than a 1-in-a-million chance the exact same spermatozoa will fertilize her egg-of-the-month, but at the very least she retains the knowledge of who by and when she was impregnated, so she just redid the deed in every life with his father each time around (probably same moves, position and date too) whether she married him or not to produce him. Maybe in a life or two we got a different child or none at all, otherwise he's one of those timeywimey Cosmic-certainties that would come about whether she had the same "ingredients" or not to add in (and considering his powerset, it would make "sense") 🎵 Boomchicabowwow 🎵

@@bajansamurai ok, this makes sense, especially with her power set and that she remembers (obviously), what happens. All the same I had this thought when I got high so if it’s slightly half baked( insert pun), it’s because of that. Really, I would’ve liked to have seen more of a dialogue with her and proteus even in earlier panels before her betrayal towards the X-men.

This is a fun side story arch that some ppl may not be into but I would tell those ppl to just enjoy the ride. It would be great if Rasputin IV could be in Earth 616 especially to replace colossus.

Replace? Shucks. But I figure that although it's clear this is a future that has to be undone, we can assume one or more new thing or character is going to end up in the 616 present. Even if it is by way of Sinister remembering how to make them and bringing them out of a vat for the "first time" again. I'd personally like Poitr to stick around though. Rasputin IV can be here while he still is, and eventually he can get free of being Mikhail's pawn and get some other interesting stuff happen to him.

I think it fits in as a continuation to each of the 3 books that preceded it. Might have implications on the rest of the books after it's done as a sorta time warp thing where stuffs just different but we don't know for sure yet
