I am debating leaving my full-time job for RE and I am so scared lol. I also would add to the expenses Healthcare because that's no longer taken out of your check either or partially paid by your employer. That can get pricey if you have dependents and make a lot of money. Thanks for sharing.

Yes absolutely! That is 100% an expense to take into account if you don't have a partner who works as a w2 with benefits that you can join. But don't be scared! This job can be very rewarding!

Can you give a video on what the outlook is for 2023 and how your start would have looked considering the number of realtors and limited homes for sale. What would you do differently if anything?

Get ready for the Daycare gauntlet! We put my son in Daycare 3 days a week and he was sick for 7 months! Be prepared because her immune system will need to build and it will seem like never ending but it will end at some point! Then she will have a great immune system! Great video about commissions! 6% that’s what’s up! It’s 5% in NJ and some agents will go down as low as 3% 😢

@@NicoleCarbone-on4rs tell me about it… they offer 2% to the buyers agent and take the listing side for 1%… we are still in a heavy sellers market so they are getting away with it but as you can imagine the seller doesn’t get much for what they are paying for.

It's only the beginning for me so I don't see an end in sight yet! :( I would say I average between 5-6% (have never done anything lower than 5%) but to go as low as 3% wouldn't even be worth it in my opinion, that's crazy!!
