I don't think that's an exploit. He picked a special leader focused origin. There are also civics to do that, but I didn't see his empire civics.

I love how eventually Dan and Spiff's dynamic became less of a Grand Marshall and his Minister to a constant feedback loop of evil plots and reassurance between them. One contemplates genocide, the other reaffirms the choice, Dan nukes a civilization. One contemplates reforming their government to be the first galactic empire, one reaffirms the choice, Spiff is now Emperor.

I've always had a mild interest in Stellaris and watching Dan just piss around and have fun on it made me think: Ahh it seems like a fun little empire building sim, shouldn't be too difficult with how much Dan is messing around... So does anyone here know/remember that Spiff is literally a long time expert at this game? I mean that as in back in the day he was a LORE channel for Stellaris. He was talking about the end-game crisis and their lore implications. Going from that to exploit expertise. It makes perfect sense he would be an expert at exploiting this game, it's where he started.
