Is being a barista harder than it looks? Because it doesn’t look easy but it doesn’t seem hard enough to require qualifications but you need to get qualified to be allowed to become a barista. It seems like something you could just learn on the job but legally you need training. Even becoming a chef doesn’t require formal qualifications but being a barista does.

At first I thought Dan was struggling because he didn't quite understand the mechanics of the game, or it was just difficult to really manage a coffee shop with 200 napkins sitting on a single table. However, after having seen that the most popular coffees were the ones with mayo, fish oil, and literally just cups of water... As a person who really loves their coffee, this was kind of appalling to see your different coffee concoctions, but so funny to watch (I am a big fan of this channel). Also, as a former barista who was essentially in charge of making the cafe's syrups, we had one recipe that was made with butter (eventually butter extract as we "refined" the recipe). It was gross in my opinion, but people surprisingly loved it and came back for it. So, your butter "coffees" are good to go! 😁
