It will take time for Adam to fully blend with the guys. It doesn't happen overnight. It is a lot of hard work to gel with a new group. It will get easier each time they perform together.

Sorry. Bastien has a nice voice but this arrangement was made for a powerhouse tenor. Which he isn't.

Also, remember that this was only the third full show Bastien did so he might not yet have the confidence he'll have after hundreds of concerts. It was the same when Chance first came aboard. When focus is on being on time, on beat, it affects the power ability and stability of the voice. Of course, Bastien isn't a power tenor, but he'll certainly pick up in volume as his focus can move to projection.

Judging by a clip recorded with a cell phone is not fair to Bastien. Negative comments don't help. Otherwise, you can choose not to listen to them anymore.
