I was going to order these for my 2008 ruckus but it says they won't fit. First time on your channel. Had to sub and thumbs up Winnipeg Manitoba Canada 🇨🇦

If you get the same ones from the link they should fit just fine. Just follow along with the video and don't cut too much off the rubber boot to keep them as water resistant as possible. Mine is a 2008 too great year. Welcome to the chanel BTW hope you're staying warm up there in Canada 🤙🏼

Installed LED on mine last year, crazy difference. Had drivers flashing lights at me to lower my lights, lol. Adjusted downward and toward the right enough but still bright.

Any recommendations for blinkers and taillight?

I have the MNNTHBX turtlehead for the tail light with integrated blinkers, bit there are newer options out there. DORBY has some pretty clean led strips bit it depends on how much you want to pay...you could also go with something off of Amazon 🤷🏻‍♂️ With regards to the front blinkers, i love the way mine look on the side of the battery box, but they are hard to see head on, like what a car would see if they end up at a stop sign of facing you. There are other options to mount the front blinkers like at the end of your bars or on the headlight bracket. It's mostly up to you. Hope that helps

I don't remember the wattage on the stock but I also have an 11pole stator on my GY6 swap. Not sure what you're running but I dont have any flickering on my set up

They are the Beamtech 8000 lumens H4 replacement bulbs. Not sure if they still have them on Amazon. They may even have brighter ones now. Mine don't have fans, since that part would be exposed to the elements. They have heat sync fins tho.

I got lucky with the ones I got. I didn’t have to modify the boot, they reached the ring.

I learned that the hard way years ago modifying the boot on a car I had to put HIDs in...it was moisture city after I cut the boot up too much. Fail.
