I was looting in the kitchen when I heard this sound and i thought it was just new ambiance in mansion 😅 but I felt creepy when I started to go back since the sound keeps getting closer and I shouted at my teammates nearby "I think there's a new monster! It's so creepy dude" but I died before I could see the monster lol and my teammate who saw what happened to me screamed and run for his life back to ship he was traumatized lol since what he saw was me running then getting cut in half by scissor man then the monster just disappeared right infront of his sight 😅😂.

I've been messing around with the ejector seat, and i think it's secretly cracked. You can set it up side ways on the magnet so you get launched horizontally, then you can also eject before the ship lands so you can go flying towards an entrance, + plus it can be used on offence to get to the fire exit. It can also be set up to launch from an entrance to the ship. Assurance is good for setting it up cause the place for the car is quite bumpy

After some use with the vehicle: 1. It reverses almost 3x faster than it drives forward 2. Brakes do not exist 3. Gear shift requires fully turning to it, then clicking the tiny letter of what shift you want 4. The storage doesnt let you put two handers on shelves or corpses, unsure if they survive the trip inside. 5. It just explodes. Randomly. No indication of when, could be a push, could be a tree you smashed 3 minutes ago, just poof. But if you're even touching the van from the outside when it booms, you're a-ok 6. Debatably, the switch for the magnet to attach the van should be on the INSIDE of the ship, not all the way around the opposite end of the railing 7. The majority of maps are not good for driving on, damage from impacts on hills could be causing the implosions

been playing all day. can confirm that, whether this is a bug or intended, the fox does NOT only finish you off in the bushes. if you touch its head while youre hooked with the tongue, no matter where you are, you die instantly. i mostly died to it in my own ship. doenst help that half the time there are literally bushes clipping into the ship...

Yeah, the fox whenever I've been playing rarely goes into the bushes at all. They just near the ship, on the railing of the ship, or straight up inside the ship which is annoying as all get out

i think the whole "cc sliding while waiting to turn it on" thing can be fixed by having it in park while starting it, and then changing gears. im not 100% sure but its worth a shot.

Yeah, it gets you killed faster. It's completely useless for now, there is no way you will be able to drive that thing from one place, collect your loot and at the end drive back and attach to magnet. It's not possible, and I don't think it even fits the game.

me and my friends tried out the company cruiser, and it seems like it would be most useful on artifice. however it instantly gets destroyed by dogs on any map making it unviable for carrying loot since you cant leave it unattended. most maps have far too many environmental hazards for the cruiser to actually be worth your money, so its best to not buy it.

i think the car is meant to be used on artificiAL ONLY. Lots of loots but most people dunno how to fly the jetpack and it can only carry smal items, unlike the car.

The new truck is really cool… but in my opinion it would be better to change some maps so that it’s possible to reach every main entrance. (so that fire exits still are a „risk“ and the car is more useful. and maybe larger maps (longer ways from the ship to the exit gates like Titan or experimentation) so there is also a good reason to buy the truck

I think it's better this way so that the truck doesn't become a must on every map, sometimes you buy it for artifice cause it's really good if you go for the fire exit, or rend, etc.

I’m actually okay with the truck. I am less excited about the new monsters, which somehow feel out of place. The fox just feels like extra work instead of an actual fun entity like ghost girl or the dogs (which have mechanics that make them interesting and don’t waste your time), and the barber just seems like extra filled space (unless you can get those shears from him..?).

youre exactly right about the cruiser being simply too big for lethal company. i honestly dont know how hes going to ever make it viable if he intends to. it simply doesnt fit anywhere. the only fix that would make it actually able to navigate the maps would be to scale it down, and then it wouldnt fit players. nothing but love for zeekers and lethal company, but i think the truck was an ill-conceived idea that should've been cut and now that players have it its too late to scrap...

True, the game isn’t designed for it. But the game’s design has never been that intentional. You have to wipe the rose tint from your glasses and realize that this is just a solo dev, Zeekers was never planning to become bigger than COD. Just a passionate indie dev, who blew up randomly. Lethal Company has a lot of flaws when it comes to polish and game design but the core idea is so good and unique with passionate implementation that you can’t not love it… that too for $10. It’s too much to expect well-thought out game design from an indie dev so young and early in his/her career. CC is just proof that they’re just playing around with fun ideas

​@@Alpha_GameDev-wq5cc You're using "rose-tinted glasses" wrong ー if anything, it applies more-so to you. 😆 Being a solo indie dev has nothing to do with being able to tell if something is well-designed or balanced or not, and Lethal Company is by no means his first game or even his first viral game. And we shouldn't baby people when they make bad choices (or content, in this case, I suppose). Spike Traps were awful when he first added it, along with Butlers. Butler and his hornets are honestly still really unfun to play against, but at least they were nerfed hard enough to make the game playable again for the version release. But then he decided to make Jesters unbearable in multiplayer for absolutely no reason in the same update. Along with other changes and small patch-fixes that just sort of slowly suck out the fun from the game. That's what makes people really upset. Eggs randomly exploding whenever you dropped them is pretty funny, and can be actually useful in certain situations. They're also an item you have to FIND, not pay for. All of that shelled in the fact that it was a funny April Fools joke item. That said, they're still kinda annoying when you just actually want to play the game. The car almost costs as much as a Jetpack, but has nearly none of the actual benefits or advantages of one (even compared to the old and the hated versions), and on-top of that, just explodes randomly (killing you if you're inside). Because explosion just = funny no matter what. I'd thought we'd left the LOLZ SO RANDOM!! Era of the Internet behind us, but maybe he just didn't get the memo Now, *I DO HOPE* that this somehow ends up like the Spike Traps, where it becomes an actually really well-balanced (90 percent of the time.............) addition that's GENUINELY fun to play with/around and not "lol I died that's so funny!" Streamer-Bait-type fun like how it originally was, and can actually be used on more Moons than the paid snow/secret moons and, like, Offense. However, as it is now, where it's not even fun to actually drive this thing with the awful steering mixing with the LC physics, I see no excuses. It just makes me think "Does he even play his own game???" whenever the new versions go into beta and we get things like that, but I guess he needs us to keep him in check _every single update_ . . . Maybe it's all just player-engagement bait, lol.

And it was all for $10. You have earned enough entertainment for it, you have to right to go around demanding balancing and new updates. It’s a miracle he even bothers to keep updating. yknow, for as funny as it is that you have to look at the gear stick to change gears, i found it a little _too_ silly that they arent able to change gears without taking their eyes off the road. but then i realized. this is partly a diegetic explanation for the phenomenon of players loving to crash vehicles in games and having zero sense for driving with the game physics. _the employees dont know how to fucking drive and feel the need to double check what gear theyre on._
