Never broke so far yrs&yrs of abuse. I use two axles for spears. They slide in a a heavy sleeve with a 1" bolt as a set screw. Undo the set screw pull it out put in a new one. Have 2 spares luckily they are still spares. Sharpened them in the lathe. Not these big pipes indide each other that the farmers use. I don't think thise pipes would work for me bales are to tight. Nice job 👍
