In a nine plot configuration: 2 Pumpkin, 2 bellfruit, 1 corn, 2 spice, 2 sweetener. You'll have left overs, but you'll get two ration packs per pumpkin grow cycle. I was actually doing the math yesterday on this with a spreadsheet, lol. With that nine plot config, it comes out to 0.8 ration packs per hour.

Steel Grow Plots are made in the Advanced Constructor in vanilla. In Reforged, they can be made in any CV/BA constructor.

When they place a poi into the ground, I wish it would boolean cut the voxels out so you don't have to drill everything inside the craft. This would also make it so we can have blueprints for underground bases and w/e. Great looking SV. I was laughing after you downed the patrol vessel and those monsters spawned ontop of you to prevent you from salvaging it in time.

Buds dont exist in RE. The ration pack ingredients have changed. Need spice, vegetables, fruit, grain, and sweetener now. I believe it's ratatouille, ham, fruit juice and bread now for ration packs.

whenever I take down a patrol vessel they get speedily replaced so I just go for disarming them and let them fly as harmless decorations but you have actually looted it ... something I have not been able to do .. they always despawn before I can get it done ... Nice ...!

That wreck and I go back a long way it used to have nearly all the places filled which are now filled mostly with skeleton blocks for filler ... not to mention it used to be another section longer .. funny how the loot keeps slipping away

Seems I remember throwing a core in those ships which keeps them from de spawning. I've done it in space with a zerax destroyer. You can't fly it but you sure can salvage it.

Unless it has been changed in Reforged Eden, I believe you can construct any growplot and use the multitool to upgrade it by hand. No need to wait for the Advanced Constructor.

Take out the top turret, then, at the front behind the cockpit there are 3 thrusters. Destoy the middle one and underneath is the core. Takes only a few minutes

Nice episod ! Thank you ! To get grow plot intact, place a core before and it's done ;-) and by the way, still doing a parallel story of yours, with my tiny SV upgraded warp capabilty (thank to all resister Zirax POI loot), I found a dead planet in the system without zirax and where there are among others abandoned farm with far more than 100 grow plots ;-) I manage to restore it and adding extra cealed zone for pentaxid farm. The only backdraw is the solar exposure that didn't give so much power for such large strcuture with so many grow lights

Cant place a core in multiplayer, POI set to regen cannot be taken over, the devs did this because people were taking over POIs and then they regenerated and the player lost everything, so now they just dont let you put cores in things that regen. Its a typical crappy Eleon fix, god forbid they come up with a way to stop regen if there is a player core in it huh.

Instead of destroying a patrol vessel, I prefer to disarm it, so it doesn't respawn with weapons. Although probably not very useful in multiplayer.

The fact that a defeated patrol vessel de-spawns instead of letting you take control of it with a core is very annoying and disappointing. I want to be able to take over a patrol vessel for an instant starter CV. The last time that I tried to fight one was on the arid planet a few versions before 1.0 and just passed through the ship like it was a ghost. Another good episode Spanj!

If you use the "restore last" option on your base (under your logs, page 2) in EAH you should be able to get that invisible block to either show its self or remove its self. That will remove any custom colours (for your base) but it should work. Just curious why you don't use the time table in EAH to restore poi's and deposits if the force respawn option causes you issues.

@@Spanj force respawn like the check box that enables regeneration of poi's and deposits. If you turn that off and only use the time table even depleted deposits will come back. I do it as a sub action under restart. Wipe deposit with parameter of "all" and wipe poi with parameter of "all". Doing it this way does have its down sides. Any thing to close to a poi and deposit will be removed as it will regenerate all ground around them.

I recall on time mining away, I hear an explosion and my inventory is stubbly full I go to check no more logistics, my little bolt is gone. poor bolt always getting blown up.

We have server events with credit prizes, Spanj has won a few. With this being a new game the prize money has been distributed to the winners

Also, the more he records, the more time/work he has to put in on editing. He's already doing 4 videos and 3 streams a week!
