I can tell some of the teachers are missing, I had a feeling that they needed some to stay behind to defend Hogwarts if the goblins managed to break through the defense above ground

That’s what I thought as well. Figured Professor Garlick, Headmaster Black, Professor Howin, and Madame Kogawa probably organized some main castle defenses, since Professor Ronen said the defensive charms must’ve failed.

They had a great opportunity to have professor black turn up and be a real hero and either save the player or lead the army of teaches I’m gonna pretend he is staying back with garlick and the others to keep the students safe and not what is probably true that he is hiding in his study.

This isn't meant to riff off Endgame, it's supposed to be reminiscent of the part in the Order of the Phoenix movie when the titular organization shows up to save Harry and co from the Death Eaters.

It was an amazing moment brought me to tears - i heard in my head, professor Mcgonagall as the other professors appeared: - "Hogwarts is threatened. Do your duty to our school!" Only thing is I wish there was more of an small army that appeared that would seem impossible for the student and professor Fig alone to defeat, half a dozen goblins and two trolls is nothing more then another common encounter in the game. Also - Where is professor Garlick? Would be sick her showing up fighting in her own way using the magical plants, or the magical beasts using beasts to attack, and the flying professor attacking from broom flight.

This was by far one of the best cinematics of the game. And for those saying it's an Avengers time, yeah, but this is how the battle of Hogwarts in Deathly Hallows P2 mean to be, because in the book every Professor was helping and in the heat of battle. Yeah I am sad that some professors are missing, but it was epic. Very well done. I'm impressed that the game did more justice to the professors defending Hogwarts than the movie did.

It's so funny to me, seeing people's characters all decked out. I prefer the minimalist look for my character, so it's so interesting to see the kind of looks others have for their character this late in the game.

Probably me just thinking this, but maybe the reason why Professor Garlick didn't show, is because she may not be as advanced in DADA as the other professors.

@@SledRider-bf3ih More than one. Garlick (Herbology), Howin (Beasts), Shah (Astronomy) and Kogawa (Flying) were missing. I guess Black couldn't be bothered to show up, and Binns wouldn't be much help as a ghost. Also there's Moon, the caretaker.
