You can use just about any type of juice. If you can't get peaches, you can use nectarines, orange, tangerine, cranberry or pomegranate. Thanks for watching!

I love Bellinis and would like to have them more frequently. But, I feel like they don't stay chilled enough by the last few sips and get mediocre by the end. With drink prices these days, I'd prefer to enjoy the full glass at its best. Short of asking for it to be served on the rocks, how can this be resolved?

When we make them we chill the glasses, and make sure that the champange and orange is as cols as possible. It's that or drink faster 🍸🥂
