That first recipe looked so good! What would you change for next time you make it?
@LetsEatPlants2 жыл бұрын
Thanks, Chris! 🤗🤗 I thought it was a bit sour for my liking, so I would reduce the vinegar and also reduce the sugar a bit. (I put these notes in the description box of this vid too!)

Awesome! How long will the soaked noodles keep in the refrigerator before you use them?
@LetsEatPlants2 жыл бұрын
Thanks, Kimberly! 🤗🤗 The soaked noodles should stay good for about 4-5 days. 😊

How long do the soaked rice noodles last in the fridge? I forgot about mine and it’s been more than 5 days 😑
@LetsEatPlants2 жыл бұрын
Hahaha I’m sure we’ve kept them for 7 days. I usually say 5 to play it safe but if they don’t have any weird smell they should be fine! 😊😊

If you like chicken flavour then why are you vegan? Plz you would be non vegetarian. No one will have problem with that. In india if you are a vegetarian then you should not like the flavour of non veg. So in vegan diet meal preparation we face more critical situations then western countries. I just share my experience. Thanks for your valuable meals preparation ideas.

Actually most vegans I know went vegan for ethical reasons, not because they don’t like the taste of meat! The best part of being vegan is that nowadays you can have amazing meat replicas without any animal cruelty. 😊😊 It’s truly a win-win. And you’re welcome for the recipes!

I’m not sure if this helps you . . . I never liked chicken when I did eat meat. The “chicken seasoning” is more like the seasons you would use to flavor a chicken meal than it is true chicken “flavor.” I’ve used McKays seasoning and find that to be the case for me.

Some eliminate animal products for health reasons also. So it’s usually for health or ethical reasons.
