The backstory: "Dr. K" Brendan Kavanagh is a British "Boogie Woogie" musician who frequently performs in various public places while recording and live streaming on KZbin. One of the locations he frequents is in a public train station. During one of these performances, some Chinese visitors stopped by who were apparently representatives from the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). Despite being in a public space, they started demanding that he stop recording the video. This video is the live stream of what transpired. Over the course of the last year, the video has amassed over 10 million views. However, in an apparent attack against free speech, the representatives from the CCP have repeatedly submitted multiple 'privacy' complaints to KZbin in an attempt to have this video taken down. Unfortunately, KZbin has finally submitted to the demands from the CCP and removed the video. However, in a bold stance to protect and defend his rights, Dr. K has authorized this video to be widely copied and distributed. Even though there is no expectation of privacy in public places, the representatives from the CCP are trying to remove every copy of this video by abusing KZbin's "privacy" complaint feature.
