6 and 7 2's complement in truth table is incorrect, resulting in whole circuit being incorrect. Spent an hour looking at the final circuit wondering why it was slightly different to mine. :"(

Caution: "It has got a very big error." . 2's complement of 0110 is 1010 & 0111's 2's complement is 1001. . . So,the whole result & design is wrong. But the procedure is correct.

why ab'c'd' is a(b+c+d)' ? i think that cant be possible, the result maybe should be a(b+c+d) but that cant make a xor with a'(b+c+d)

E, A, B, C and D are the five outputs for five-bit complementer. V is the most significant bit of the five inputs.
