I have been training in Parkour for about 8 years and this is my response to Jeremy asking about the definition of Parkour. Parkour is a training method, it involves practicing movements with a focus on efficiently and quickly moving through your environment. It started in France about 30 years ago in an urban city its founder David Belle is still alive and moving. These movements will include climbing, running, jumping, vaulting, balancing, swinging, swimming, but the movements are not limited and can always be altered to suit the specific situation. One of the unique things about Parkour as a training method is that it is more that just a way of exercising. It has a philosophy that guides the practioner in their training. That philosophy has about 5 core components that have been passed on through practioners as well as by the founders. These components are 1. To be strong to be useful, to develop useful benefits from our exercise that increase our capacity to move through life. 2. To be and to last, to be strong and healthy not just now but for as long as we can. 3. Train your weakness, focus on the areas of your fitness which are the weakest and whenever possible choose the more difficult path in your training. 4. Altruism, you as a practioner have a responsibility to use your new found strength and ability to move to help others. This may mean climbing a tree to retrieve a ball for a stranger or carrying an injured person to safety in an emergency. 5. Respect for the environment on which we train. When most people see videos of Parkour online they see spectacular and seemingly dangerous movements. The athlete can only perform these safely because of countless hours of training practicing movement and building strength. Everyone not matter what age or level of skill starts Parkour on the ground where it is safe, and should only progress when they feel they have practiced enough to do so safely. Most places around the world have some kind of Parkour scene, you can find your local one online maybe they have classes, if not mostly people just organise to meet up and train together this is called a Jam. So many people that complain about Lindsey talk about her gameplay.. this is AH we're talking about.. their whole thing is being bad at games. Even with that being said, I couldn't care less about the gameplay if the people are funny.. which none of them have been in quite a while, but they're decent background noise. Games like gta don't give them much to work off of for comedy, so of course they have to resort to stories and general conversation that would be more fitting for a podcast. If you want to see them be decent at games, watch them play minecraft. If you want funny dialogue and don't get that from them, watch someone else. There's thousands of other channels. I get comedy is subjective though so even though I personally don't find them funny I know other people will, but if you like them minus Lindsey, try a channel like Friends Without Benefits where they're good at the games and have similar senses of humor but work off each other way better.

Here’s a crazy idea. What if after each race they do a roulette to find out who they would trade position points for (with of course the possibility of them keeping the points for themselves). Draw names in order of finish in race. So there is still incentive to finish first to try and keep your score but is possible a dnf could get 1st places score and vise versa. I’d rather take Lindsay’s gross feces humour than Gavin making jokes so offensive we don’t get to see them which literally robs us of content for no reason other than he wants to be shocking. I like Gavin but in comparison Lindsay’s humour is super tame.
