We have a 2021 View, 24D. The secret to the Murphy bed is buying Beddy's (bed-ease) zipper bedding. You just zip up the sides so it is super easy to make the bed and the bedding stays on and in place! Plus, if your spouse happens to steal your covers in the night, you can zip up your side and no more waking up cold! We wintered in our View for 6 months last year in AZ! Xantrex inverters have been a problem in it (we're on our third one!) but otherwise we love it. Safe travels!

we too have a 2021 Navion and have noticed the Inverter sometimes shuts off randomly when we are usually driving. Just wondering what your issues have been so we can take ours in to be fixed before our warranty expires.

@@heathermcgarty5260 Our inverter just quits working all together and does not start back up again. We had a new Xantrex inverter put in last October and then spent the next 6 months in AZ. About the 5th month in, the inverter quit again. I called Xantrex and told them what was going on and they had me send it back to them and they sent another one. I think the warranty is 2 years and we are lucky if ours lasts 6 months! We took our View to the Winnebago Factory in Forest City, IA this summer (we live in Iowa) and had them check out the coach to see if there was anything wrong with it that would cause the inverter to keep failing. They said everything was fine and not a problem with the coach. I've heard from others that Xantrex inverters are not good. If ours goes out again, we will probably replace it with a Victron as we heard they are the best. Good luck!!

You have to watch your cookware on induction cooking, only stainless steel works, correct? Also the cooktop can crack if accidentally get hit by falling pots etc.

Hello Tanya and Dave! Wow! That's a nice, roomy RV! Just think, for two whole weeks, y'all will be able to spread out in more space, frolic and sleep in the same bed together, enjoy a more homey feeling interior, cook food in a spacious kitchen, use a real toilet and shower, and really appreciate the fact that your farts will finally have space to be more effective and productive. 🤣🤣 I enjoyed this video! Hello. Yes usually the fresh tank is larger. Odd. The other thing about the View is I believe it only has about an 800 lb CCC. Which is not great for full time. Safe travels.

I can't wait for cold weather to come so that you can take us with you on your cold weather quests. It must be nice to have a traveling home so that you can escape the perils of the world and make these getaways your own world. I am so envious and although I am much older than you two, I am thinking about getting a Toyota Rav4 for short getaways with my little dog. I really want to do some clamping and travel to see family that is over 3 -6 hundred miles away and with something like that, my dog and I can sleep in it instead of having to get a hotel. You and other you tube nomads have inspired me.

Wow! I thought you all were comin’ over to the “toad” side - getting into a pull-behind trailer. We love your videos, and your positive sense of adventure. We bought our first RV ( a 21’ trailer ) in 2017. We have studied many, many different length RVs, different floor plans, and we believe there will always be some things we like better than what we have, and things we do not like as much - so we just keep taking the Happy Little Camper out and about. Anyway, keep it up, and have fun!
