I love your content. Ive been gluten free since i was 8 its been 15 years and when we started my mom had to make everything from scratch its better now we have on brand gluten free oreos now. Just a little PSA: All distilled spirits are gluten free (unless aged in beer barrel or like). It's a common misconception that vodka made from wheat has gluten but it's been fully removed in the distillation process. Source: I used to work for a vodka distillery and we tested our spirits made from wheat for gluten and they were free from it in the finished product! My husband also has celiac and can safely drink all distilled spirits like Bourbon, rye and vodka.

Can I do this in a frying pan as i dont have a waffle maker? I’m wondering if a pan with a weight on top once the batter dries?

Do you have a gluten free four blend that doesn’t use potato starch?

Unfortunately, no. But there isn't much of it in my all purpose blend and should be able to be substituted with arrowroot or maybe cornstarch.
