I have to share. I refuse to struggle, my mom gets mad and tell me in an upsetting way, “you never like to struggle”, I’ll usually get triggered, until I realized that she was right! I refuse to struggle and I love it! Apparently I do things as if I never struggle😂😂 love the examples Mina💖

My life has been easier by getting a cleaning lady that comes once a month, driving my paid off car, working part time and rent controlled apartment. Honorable mention: Throwing out all of my dishes accept for sets of 4. Growing up I had trauma from having to wash a sink piled with dishes every night. I vowed to never live like that. I only have 4 Forks/4Spoons/4 Plates/4 Cups etc. The rest is disposable. And if I don't want disposable, everyone gotta wash their own dish if they want to eat lol. This one is a gem. Try it ladies!!

Last night I told myself to focus on one thing I like about my body. I decided on my skin. I have no rolling complaints about my skin so I decided I love my skin and it’s great. Then today a complete stranger told me I have gorgeous skin. It was nothing major, but I feel like my intentional appreciation for skin just made it radiate, which was awesome!So from now on I’ll intentionally choose to focus on things that I love and appreciate. Let it be easy. 💙

I am letting go of the limiting belief that a hardcore struggle has to occur in order for my dreams can become a reality. I am treating my current desire of allowing my dream job to come to me the way I did with rotational dating. The partner that aligned with my desires came into my life and let it be known that he’s the best match for me and the same is true for my next job.

Mina, a few thoughts 1. I don't have a family and I was considering trying to get adopted as an adult and today (I've been a subscriber for a year) I realized that the advice that you give and the education that you provide for women is exactly the information put into words I've always wanted to hear growing up and becoming a woman. 2. I have some internal doubts and insecurities around if I really do have value outside of "what I bring to the table" and the fact that you are a feminine woman who is provided for and you can educate us to this degree and detail shows me how valuable you are! And how valuable feminine energy is and it needs to be protected at all costs so it can bloom and radiate onto everything 💚

I can’t do things the way my parents did or their parents did. My grandmothers left their homes at 11, and 15 to work and later come to the US on their own. My mother didn’t came to the USA until she was in high school. She got pregnant in high school and started her business succeeded and failed and shes rebuilding. For a lot of people it’s not an option to do the things the way their parents or even their parents did.

One of the biggest things for me was to outsource what I can and/or eliminate things that cause me stress. We have so many people/things in our lives that cause us the stress, that we don't even need. For things I must do I will make it simpler and compact. Also focusing on one task completely, multi tasking is a big stressor and distraction for me

I’m in my second trimester of pregnancy and have found it hard to get into the gym. Im going to let it be easy right now and just change into my gym clothes and walk to the gym and listen to nice music while I choose different machines to use. No pressure or planning - just getting dressed for gym

Im the queen of not lifting a finger and still getting what I want lol I was gifted part ownership of a LLC (it's my dads LLC for trucking) and I also manifested tons of money and gifts from men (Airpods Max, Apple Watch Series 8, over $5000 from multiple men, etc). I am manifesting even more from men (like destination dates- I only fly first class so the man better be ready lol, etc). I love my men ages 36-46 lol (I am now 26 w/ no kids and desire marriage by 27). I am loving my life. I just desire more and more lol

For me to make things easy is to divide complete task or goal into small little task this way i don't feel streesed out and basically enjoy the process. For example if i want a complete makeover for my look then i decided to focus on my hair first then skin and so on... and this way i hav started seeing amazing result

This opened my eyes to reasons my mom could possibly reason come up with and it soothes my emotions tremendously! 💛 What you mentioned about asking yourself "how can I make this easier" I immediately got the thought "well it comes naturally" meaning that way is the right way to do it, everything that follows that question to me feels like comes directly from the subconscious and not from the consciousness, trying to force things.
