The actual episode goes into WAY better details. Like how the enormous fields are tilled and leveled by GPS-guided tractors, so that when they are harvested (using the apparatus shown in the video here) they can be cut using water jets (not shown in this video). They cut out at least 10 minutes of what you see in the full episode from what they posted here on KZbin. It's amazing.

This episode sucks, they completely skipped over the details on how the harvester works. Getting lazy

notice all the workers with masks on, i believe that most of them were illegal workers or the farm being filmed didn't want people to know about all the chemicals and stuff that gets sprayed onto their crop, hence the lack of footage
