Definitely going to try these! I may of missed it but how long did you soak the cashews for? Also congrats on the cook book (: hope I can get it in NZ, my local book store doesn't sell any vegan ones :( haha

Ashley-Nicole Middleditch I just soaked them as I was making the recipe. Maybe 20 minutes to half an hour. The cookbook will be available through amazon and also I will sell it directly from Australia :-)

i love your recipes ...only i make sure no seeds i saw you used the seeds of the bell pepper....the seeds can cause gas and other problems so i never use them
