Are these meant to be cowitnessed? I have this on an AR and the dot moves all over the target which makes it impossible to sight in. I have other red dots on other rifles - 3 eotechs, an Aimpoint, and a Sig. the Sig moves a tiny bit but the eotechs and aimpoint are solid on the target and don’t move at all. Maybe I’m doing something wrong with this DP..?

I have a DPP on a Walther PDP. It was my first optic purchase. I have several other optics now to compare. I much prefer optic control on the side (not the top like DPP does it). You can’t see your adjustments because you’re blocking the optics window while adjusting. Depending on your firearm, for me, the best optic out there is the Holosun SCS. I just ordered a second one. Dual green reticule, simple side controls, no battery to replace, no adapter plate needed (attaches directly to the slide), slim profile so co-witnessing with stock sights is easy. In fact, even with the optic off I can acquire the iron sights quicker through the optic window versus not having an optic mounted at all.

You don't need to see your adjustments you know what they are every time you press it you should be that familiar with it

I got the 7.5 MOA and the triangle reticle just does not work for me? Plan to sell it and get the 2.5 MOA model. However, can I send in mine and have it changed to the 2.5 reticle?

It failed the Sage Dynamics drop test not once but twice. Not saying it’s garbage because it isn’t. Just saying it’s not as indestructible as this video suggests. That said, I’m excited about running the one I just ordered as a 45° offset on my Scar. Sticking with the RMR on my pistols though.
