I did this too with a much easier method. Level 1 hippopotas to summon permanent sandstorm, then Level 1 Aron w/ Sturdy and Shell Bell. His ability gives an automatic focus sash, and Endeavor + Shell bell will heal him back to full, and sandstorm will kill them. Garchomp and Lucario die to trick room/quick attack from another mon

Egg moves, by breeding a certain pokemon with the mother makes different moves.

You can heart scale Sketch after you've used it to permanently copy other moves. 3 heart scales is all you need to get a full moveset on a level 1 Smeargle. Also, make sure to KO Smeargle after he sketches his moves so he doesn't gain exp and level up
