Thank you for the guide. I'll def try it for fun. It will prob be a lot easier on SoD with the tanking runes. Pick pocketing the mobs sounds interesting too if only to level up LP skills.

what is the macro? I keep reading online its /tar Bruegal, or type out target in full and or his name in full. Which is it or does it matter?

You can write /tar B and it should work since /tar is short for /target and there is only one mob (Bruegal) that starts with 'B", but the full macro is /target Bruegal Ironknuckle

I'm new to WoW but I've done the raid now and still couldn't do this and I was farming Silverlaine for days. I didn't have the talent for hit chance and it was just a nightmare trying to burst him before sap went off and when I tried tanking I just didn't have dps and was still missing so much I couldn't build up a good blade dance. I guess I'm just bad but that was super frustrating to try.

I struggled in many runs I did, especially when he was with the insurgents. If you are getting him on the right-hand side with the harder mobs, it may be better to just reset and try for a left-hand side spawn. I think the hit talent would help a lot and respect cost is very cheap in SOD so don't give up!

@@carrotmage I ended up just resetting and not getting the 26 insurgent. The spawn rate plus frankly just ego made me not wanna reset but I just wasn’t doing it with the 26 lol.

How is the proc rate? Does it proc only when an enemy is casting or is it really just a lottery?

Unfortunately, Knuckles do not seem proc often. It's probably something like 1ppm and you would need to be lucky enough for it to trigger during a spell (it will proc randomly even when not spell casting). I'm basing this on white attacking level 21 mobs (531hp ~), I'm seeing either 0, 1 or 2 procs maximum while dual wielding. I did manage to interrupt a slime casting a disease on me which was pretty cool :)

@@shamantank are you seeing a greater number of procs in SOD? My testing was mainly fighting mobs in ashenvale and reviewing details, and this was done on Era which may not be 1:1

I feel like I had very unlucky runs at the start and since posting this video I've seen him one more time in another 5 instances. Works out to 15% (6 out of 40) but the sample size is too low to say for sure.

What about the Horde?

The biggest problem here for horde is going to be repairing. If you manage to corpse run into SW with your gear off, you're still going to be resetting often and taking hits from the mobs that will lower your durability. Your nearest repair NPC will be at Grom'Gol which is still a long trek and is quite dangerous. You also need to bring enough consumes and can't easily dip out and restock. Overall, much harder and there are some better available weapons if you're going to this level of play by doing group quests (i.e. - check out windstorm hammer)

Yes, now that Phase 1 has been out for some time you might have better luck running BFD for the numerous 1 handers. The prison shank however is still a decent weapon for hunters that want it as a 1h stat stick.
