Many of you were asking for a detailed breakdown of this guy, so here it is: The lvl 30 Charger! One of my favorite Low Duels builds by a mile. Can't wait for PKs in Diablo 2 Resurrected (D2R)!

rare weapons..helm..rings..boots..amulets can sometime drop with absurd amount of stats.......rare armors only barb and kick sin may want them for the huge def(1000 def+) + other stats......shield wise i cant remember if they were worth as rare.....but ya..ethereal armor rare armor(Ornate Plate) and ethereal weapons(Naga & Zweihander) can get rly broken if they roll with quality stats......helms dont need to be ethereal but circlet can get a huge stats boost.....btw kick sin dmg is base on bonus str(from gear and charm) + base str(str charm matter big time for them).....other than boots thats another huge source of dmg for kick sin(lots of player dont know it).....think of the formula as boots dmg X base str X bonus str(gear&charms is bonus str))....if you like barbarian and can get your hand on a ethereal Zweihander with auto-repair + enhanced dmg 150% ? + 30% ias + 2 to combat skills + some other mod consider yourself havin won the lotto for a lld barb weap XD.........other melees are usually better off with jewels gear......casters is plain obvious for what they need so not gonna do into details for them XD......there is 1 lld build i never made thats been on my want to try out list but never gonna happen....ES Sorc + Firewall build.....with insight,soj,frostburn available b4 lvl 30 i do wonder how much dmg they can tank XD

It's simple. Ed before flat dmg = no bug. Ed after flat dmg = only the opposite dmg gets "enhanced" So let's say you have a 2 socket circlet and you put a 24 max dmg jewel in it then put a 20% enhanced jewel in it, the enhanced dmg isn't applied to the max dmg but it is to your min dmg. (Globally) the same if the jewel has both dmg types on it. Ed/max jewel + flat max dmg = no bug Max dmg + ed/max = bug

I remember my fav build was lld charger with an upped eth bonesnap lvl 31 I think, w/e lvl req for upped snap was. But my main hand was eth 1h honor. 1 shot sooooo many ppl with my best being a 71 I believe. Been so long but remember it fondly

Bowazon No2...with high frw she can stay outta harm range(except vs high frw barb).....bone spear Necro is likely no 3 if you can stack up massive frw(untouchable and can dodges missiles)...WW barb take No 1 spot(if you can get your hands on duped galethirst or an eth Zweihander with solid mods rivaling Galethirst) + 3-5% FRW small charms....FB Sorc, Charger and hammerdin probably No 4....Zeal&Smite/FoH Pally No 5......lastly Trap sin(not rly sure where to put her to be honest....sort of awkward).....every other build got a big weak spot......feral druid and kick sin are liked despite not being top tier lld.....never seen other build type around in lld(think i seen 1 tornado druid once but nothing amazing).........ww Barb dont have budget build....either huge invest or forget a decent one....every other build can be done on budget.....do note....the Tier list change from 9-12-15-18-21-30(at these very specific lvl some build are better than other(like frost sorc lld you only be seeing it in the lvl 15-18 range)).... i'am a kick sin fan despite it not being top tier......

@@Gaghiel i quit after my 40 accounts expired :S...no longer play but i still have memories of my good old days.....nightmare and hell quest yes IF blizzard hasn't patch out glitch rush in the last 5 years..to glitch rush you need 1 rusher.....1 player lvl 40 that need both normal and nightmare baal quest in your party with the rusher......and you receiving the g-rush.......your rusher is better not scamming whoever help ya glitch trough otherwise that decrease population of ppl willing to give it(if they get scarce thats a problem in the futur when you wanna g-rush to hell)...so make sure the guy helping(providing the baal quest credit) receive the hell rush along with you(other ppl only if your rusher is friendly and willing to help more than needed).....the hard part is Jade Figurine because you need an hld that hasn't complete it(that health gain from it is a must..same for Lam Esen books for 5 stats for each quest).....well an lld after gearing up should be able to kill some mobs in hell A3 on its own(but carefull to not lvl up from killing stuff otherwise your good to restart from scratch :S)...just safer to have an hld give the figurine to an lld

@@Gaghiel extra reply....imma mention ahead....while all Charms by kick sins are 5 Str.....the second mod(for lld) is EITHER defense(stout) OR Static(9 Lightning dmg) IF and i say IF its a lvl 15-18 Kicksin...Defense route is the option IF you want huge advantage vs melee.....BUT....on top of the Str//DEF Charms you also need an EPIC Ancient Armor(eth + auto-repair + 2 socket very least)......the Static(lightning dmg) route make you more versatile and heavier on dmg and dont require a rare ancient armor......for a LVL 30 KICKSIN only the versatile option is viable(defense way for kick sin is not viable at 30)....5 Str 26 lightning dmg LC for lvl 30 kicksin is the only way to go ............................................................ ....................... .......... ........... ........... ......... ......... ............ .......... .......... ... ............. ................ ................ ............ Shimmering mod or specific resist to cover missing resists over defense//lightning dmg but only if you need it...you need 1 frost(Snowy//Shivering) prefix to force opponent to use anti-freeze gear

someones gotta remake an LLD thorns pally to counter this BEAST. i remember having one with rusthandle among other lowbie items. you can get the thorns strong enough to where you can bait high levels to kill themselves on you as well. like ur lv 30 LLD vs 80 barb. the best part about thorns is when the enemy does overkill damage or OHKO you, you stay at 1hp and they die instead. not sure if thats still a thing. would be awesome to see again

that is also a very good and even more budget version of this charger. i remember doing that build. rattlecage + bonesnap + goblin toes charger. good times. very cheap and effective LLD pker

I still miss lld with my shiver sorc lvl30 she had full inventory of 20def 15life small charm with super high defence. Making any physical duelers miss and die from hitting me. The items I chose were ethereal repair over time with defence enhance to get super high defence.

VPN can reduce your ping drastically. Also, server host support is mostly located in the U.S. Dunno if this explains anything that could be relevant for you or not

Do NOT use a VPN. You will get kicked from BNET for a long time. I would suggest playing on the closest server to where you live. If that's East, then I am not sure what's going on haha

I've always made a level 31 charger in Hardcore, I do 31 to wear rockstopper. Why didnt you go with an eth Insight? The runes are so easy to get and you could just make several to replace. Also, why didnt you go with Angelic set? The attack rating is just to good to pass.

MrKarate looks like ur clone. ur items are pretty unique lol the circlet , red mage plate etc. he also has a FoH / conviction swap. seems strange.

artisan armor of the squid is easily purchasable from NPC(dont remember if the sold items were base on char lvl or difficulty mode(or both ?)....squid mode(Life boost) give that red taint...for the armor model ppl pick the lowest str armor they need in lld build.....in kick sin case they are force to go big on str(so they "use" Ornate plate for extra def despite the requirement to wear it being a large amount of str).....for pally case they will use mage plate as shown here(high defense and low str requirement)....and light armor permit their char to run faster at the difference of heavy armors......well technicly kick sin may also favor low str req if they prefer speed over def(sometime(more than often) speed is more favorable)
