I am 65 years. Big C survivor. Used to gym 4-5 days a week. Discovered Jordan's no equipment home workouts. Absolutely love them. I have knee issues therefore these suit me the best. Some I cannot do. But that's ok. Its the best I have found after scouting literally 100s on the tube.

48 years old and I finally found a work out I can hang with. Not as flexible anymore...but doable. Two weeks ago, I could only do the 10 min HIIT from this channel. Glad I found this channel, keep up the great work👍

I have knee problems so I really appreciate these low impact videos (and also other videos' low impact alternstives). No jumping / hops / skips. I think people initially mistake low impact as low intensity, until of course, they do the workout... My soul pretty much left me somewhere during the middle of the video.

By far one of my favourite, after the 21 day challenge I completed all the beginner workouts and now I'm completing the intermediate playlist until I reach a point where I really am struggling to complete the workout! Thank you for all the great content!

Someone mentioned below this burned approximately 180cals.. If anyone was wondering. BUT it will vary depending on how intense you do these exercises and your weight. Ps. Thanks Jordan! Great workout!

i did your workout every day, gain my strength slowly from level 0.5 to 2.5 (increase the level every week) and i feel much stronger when i'm in level 3 ! although i still did the alternatives, but i can see much improvement in my strength! big big thank you and appreciation for making this workout jordan! your channel helped me a lot!

Thank you this was good. I was doing david goggins workouts for a while during quarantine I did them so many times I memorized it in my head and I got bored. Since his workouts are 45mins - 1h long and they are really brutal I thought I'll never find a replacement with similiar intensity but I found this and Im happy.

Actually, if you just went for a light walk for an hour you'd burn around 3x more calories than doing this workout. But hey.

Found your channel a couple of days ago and I must say amazing, so much better than other workout channels. All the variety you need for all levels of fitness. I love the little eg clip that shows you the next workout in the 10 sec rest period. The whole concept has 2 👍🏻👍🏻! Keep up the great work and 🤞🏻 I’ll keep up my motivation to keep doing the workouts.
