started with level 1 for 3 weeks then level 2 took me longer to adapt to, took me about 8 weeks. the jump from level 3 to 4 was the easiest. I feel like the difference between 3 and 4 is minuscule. now I choose any level 4 routine except when I want to challenge myself, I go for level 5 @@KkhyberEmir

​@@riyasaslam8396of course anything that cause you to move lose you fat because everytime you do certain movement you burn calories. But be sure that you eat healthy whole foods that low in calories but high in protein or micronutrient

Amazing Jordan. From single pack to six pack. From 26% body fat I am now at 11℅ body fat. From I can't run to I ran 5marathons 26 half marathons. From 2 burpees now I can do 225 burpees. Keep uploading your videos and keep inspiring. Love from India. Do reply if you read this. ❤❤❤❤

I love this one because it’s so easy to start and challenging to finish. One of my faves for sure. Swap burpees for last exercise in true Jordan fashion. 💪🏻
