Another tip! :) The gankers/looters are usually scanning for MTU's. So if you wanna avoid them and finish all your missions just don't use an MTU. Instead, bookmark the wrecks of each site you clear and come back to the bookmarks after the sites are done with a Noctis to salvage all the wrecks. Wrecks will stay in space for 1.5 hours and they can't be scanned down so they are safe where they are. I can usually run between 2 and 4 missions before I go out to salvage. If you are short on time when you salvage because of wreck-despawn you salvage in the order that you did the missions. So market the wreck sites 1,2,3,4,5 and so on so that you know what to loot first.

Ps. I do bring an MTU with the Noctis and have it fitted with 4 tractor beams and 4 salvagers. Even though the MTU attract gankers they always give up straight away because they don't have a chance to keep up with 5 tractor beams to loot wrecks so they just leave :)

Also, ALWAYS loot. The loot has become VERY valuable due to the recent price in mineral prices. So, when I go for a loot run after several missions I usually come back with 40-80 mill.

Better yet, fleet up with a Noctis and have it warp to your location after your finish wiping the floor. I’m not sure how many accounts everyone has, but I wouldn’t be surprised if the majority have two accounts and can do this.

Greetings from sunny South Africa! So I've been using this fit for the past 2 weeks on level 4's for about 2 hours a day- about 450mil in loot, 150000 loyalty points and a good 50mil in bounties and agent pay. Thanks!! I just went on Sisi and messed around with the fit to see how far I can push it- swopped the RHML's for Caldari Navy CML's, a Dread Guristas Shield boost amplifier, 2 Dread Guristas Multispectrum 's and Mjolnir Fury missiles. The rest of the fit is exactly the same as yours, except that I added a Pith X EM and a Pith X Thermal with the precision script. I proceeded to the nearest Jove Observatory and absolutely annihilated 4 Autostythian Lancers- took me 5 minutes and my shields never went below 98%. Looted with an MTU and warped out before reinforcements arrived...considering doing this on Tranquility...not!! I will definitely change over to the CML's though- much better range for not much less DPS. Only drawback with the fit is still that it's slow as f....! Thank you for great content and advice- looking forward to more!! Hope to see you in Eve- Bacon Solo.

Thank you for your help with lvl 4 missions, i was really stuck with this. I love run missions, but i only have a month as omega so yes, there is still some skills to train but lvl 3 are way to easy and after a day or two is just get boring.

One thing I used a lot was mission guide, so this provided vital information like damage type I will be getting, best damage type to use, how many rooms, trigger ships which will bring in next wave, very important to leave these ships or you mite get overwhelmed.

i would suggest using EVE Server time for telling peoples the time you stream, play etc. you audience is mostly playing EVE and they are already familiar with there EVE Online Server time.

I have to say, that fit works like a charm in every mission. Yes, the downside is that you are slow with no prop mods, but the sheer amount of tank and damages this thing puts out...damn

Always use a ship that's stable in lvl 4 missions at least I do u will get drained at some point I'll need that power it's not pvp where literally 10s to a min is ur pew pew time alot of missions go for a long ass time of locked down webbed drained and painted at same time. Love watched this guy.

also, with this mission, always, always take zor's wreck. the implants, but also the Hackers card are worth money. that card is required by null sec people to blitz a certain 10/10 DED site! they are very valuable!

I just have to poin out that you cannot be completely reckless in this ship. It can do all missions, I believe that, but don't go headfirst into wreck the supplier or even damsel in distress and think you can rank everything that spawns.

Absolutely, using the mission guide will help with that. The reason I face rolled it is because 1 I have 255 million sp lol and 2 I was making an example that it can take some mistakes without completely being punished.

Awesome video again. I am running with a Praxis at the moment already, but I think that armour tank is not working that well, or I am critically doing something wrong... LOL, as well as my DPS output have been horrific with rail gun II's... Since I am doing the Amarr Epic Arc Missions I found that my Oracle was doing far better than the Praxis, but I'm sure that the problem is not the ship, but the fit I have. The one true mission rule of eve is that your damage type greazly influences the proceedings. Amarr territory npc are weak to em, since its laser territory. So why not use a missile boat, it can cover every damage.

Legit question here and sorry if this is a noob question but why are u not using Faction drones? Arent Faction drones better then Tech 2 drones? If it were a newbro ship to save cost i would understand but this clearly isent. So whats the logic behind not using Faction drones. Also is there no jump gate lvl4 missions or missions where u need to travel abit to pick something up? Not having a prop mod sounds like a terrable ide and trying to move even a few km like at the end would take ages.

So some minor tweaks were made to the fit and that new fit has a prop mod in the build now I also worked on cutting down the cost. Regarding the drones so as your primary dps faction would make alot of sense your right the only issue is that the AI in the missions targets your drones specifically and given they are fixed drones (don't move) their signature radius is blown up so they take a tonne of damage very quickly. Now your replacing say 1 drone every 2 missions but at 40/50 mil that is a money hole and if you loose more than 1 in a single mission well then all your hard work for the past few hours is gone on rebuying drones

Pyfa generalises the damage this was built specifically for missions so it does enough to kill mission npcs it's the purpose of the build 😀

honestly, a blaster fit is never good in missions. you spend too much time managing range, and spend loads on ammo. If you go with a full rail setup, you can use antimatter, the cheapest ammo, and blast the whole room from where you are sitting. Just make sure to nip the friagtes at range, then the cruisers, then the bb's. The paper dps in lower than blasters, yes, but you will apply your lower dps all the time with almost no downtime and no loss of damage due to falloff issues....

You can and it will take about 10 minutes depending on the size but if we said 20 wrecks hour looking at about 10 minutes the pull then all and then the same to salvage

Why use heavy missiles instead of cruise missiles? You are mostly going against Battleships and Battlecruisers right?

Better application, faster rate of fire, although you will find battleships in the missions the more common ship types are cruiser, battlecruiser destroyer and then frigates, so the heavies apply better 😉

So I just put together this fit. I'm 23m sp. But the cap is unstable it reads Depletes in 22:24 -1.2GI/s (-2.2%) Whatever that means. My resistances are all 54% or better.

Hi there, thank you for your great, and entertaining videos. I learn a lot about the game, and i am very happy trying out the Praxis. However, when in simulate the exact fit you have shown in the video, i fall 1/3 short in dps. I assume it is because of my weak skills, as i cannot yet use Tech II RHMLs, i use Arbalest instead. I am still trying to get my fit tweaked a bit, as the fit actually costs about 900-950mil, rather than 660mil at the time you made the video. Is it necessaty to use secondary shield hardener? i tried a second shield boost amplifier.

The hardner is needed to tank any incoming but you can swap it out for a meta if needed, does your DPS include the drones?

@@BonkersY2K yes, i have set 4x Garde II as active and they give 320.8 dps / total dps is 874.1 (533.3 from missiles 320.8 from drones). but i have arbalest and normal scourge missiles, and most missile skills only at 3 or max at 4. wht are most important skills in that area?

Your missiles skills in general, I dont have them in front of me unfortunately but anything that is not a specific type of missile will help, like rapid fire etc. Sorry I hope that helps

Wanted to say this is an awesome build, I would also like to ask a question. The last two lvl 4 missions in Amarr space, I have been having issues with ships staying about 1Km outside my missile range. With the guidance computer loaded with range scripts I can get 49Km on my missiles but several of the ships are staying at 50. And with as slow as this ship is I cannot get into range. I try to approach but they just stay at range. I send my drones but they take several minutes to kill a single ship and when you have 6 or 7 of them it becomes a bit of a wait. My skills for Heavy Missiles are at 5. Any suggestions? This last mission was the Blockade. All the ships in range went down fast enough but those last few sitting at 50km almost caused me to give up. Once again this is an awesome build and thank you for all the help.

@@BonkersY2K Thanks for the quick response! I did a sim fitting with 6x 1400mm Howie IIs, 3x Gyrostab IIs, a PDU in place of the Co-Processor, and a Tracking computer. With heavy drones, the DPS came out to 816 as opposed to the 1252 DPS I get with rapid heavy launchers. I also looked at a longer range AC build with the 800mm Repeaters II (so as to match the general range profile of the original fit) and got 822 DPS. It seems like the RHML fit is the most efficient. Of note, however, the 800mm Repeaters allows the opening of the CPU/PDU slot for a potential 4th Gyro, boosting the DPS to 851, and enough slack in CPU/PG to fit an MWD. Even with this, is seems the RHML is the route to go.

Is this still a viable fit? Been looking for a good fit to run level 4's and haven't found anything I like. Lost a Maelstrom to a swarm of frigates. Got warp nulled and my drones couldn't get them quick enough. Been running a Vedmak very carefully since.

Run sisters of eve epic arc you can bump your standings and do so every 3 months, I dont know how you got negative with all 4 factions though as 1 goes down their opposite goes up so unless you went to every region of space and just rejected every mission without running it what your saying is technically impossible lol

@@BonkersY2K when I ran missions that were against another empire, I lost standing for that empire but the mission itself only gave me standings for the corporation. Switch between Gallente and Caldari missions a few times and suddenly all the standings are crap

The Praxis is kind of a hard ship to get isn't it? That is the only issue I see with this, a person who only recently changed from Alpha to Omega is unlikely to be able to get into one.

When you consider most Gilas are 1.2bil+ this is 400mil the modules are free from the sites, if you compare the number of gilas killed vs the number of these its easily 15:1 so not as much as you'd think

@@BonkersY2K Actually this fit you are showing, which is performing great i guess, is 770m at the moment featuring a shiny 340m Pith X-Type Large Shield Booster. This module alone is a gankers magnet. In my opinion a newbro shouldnt fit a module that could easily cover the cost of a T2 ship+fit. And from my experience i can tell a T2 Praxis can also do L4 comfortably. fly safe :)

@@BonkersY2K And at this point the cost has risen even more. X-Type now costs nearly as much as the rest of the fit put together. Dropping to T2 will cut shield regen heavily (for my skills it was 123 down to 73, which is ~40% loss, but it's about half the price tag for the entire fit. For cheap(er) options, Dread Guristas is cheap and puts out 84 (around a 15% increase over T2). Going into pirates (Pith C/B/A/X) leads to escalating price tags, for escalating bossts. ~25% fitting cost increase for C type (~30% increase over T2), B type (36% or so cost increase, for 45% or so increased reps), A type (70% or so fitting increase for ~50-55% increased reps) or full X type (~90% fitting price increase, for ~65-70% rep increase) is going to be up to the player, but if going into the pirates the sweet spot on this ship is probably the B type (if you're shelling out for more, probably just save for a higher power hull in the first place, or to have another praxis to replace this one). With lower reps might have to warp out every now and then, but far less interesting as a target for other players.

I actually plan on remaking this video unfortunately the increased demand for the AT, wars and the project scarcity that CCP did caused prices to inflate massively. The DG option is a really good idea though the domination might also be worth a consideration but I would imagine dwindling supplies have caused that to inflate too

Yeah I have almost 300 million SP but the fit is sound I had it tested on those with lower skillpoints and using the different weapon types lasers, artys, rails and blasters it was still just as affective lol

I just bought the fit and with my missile skills my missile range is 45km. I just attempted a levev 4 mission and the enemy battleships were keeping me at a range of 49 to 51km. With my 97m/s top speed I was not able to close the the distance to put my DPS on them and my drones were killing them painfully slow.

their called the Jovian and their essentially in lore the first race, there ships require 1 skill to fly, Spaceship command 1. They have 4 ships now, the Frigate which i cant remember the name of, the Sunesis, the Gnosis, and the Praxis, and there suitable for all weapons and tank types

Welcome to level 4 missions your average to cruiser is close to 400 mil but then you have to factor in all the time to be able to fly it properly. A faction battleship which tends to be more common is usually upwards of a bil. Level 4 missions are no joke the point to this video was to show you what is required to run these as I see alot of newer players 3 months old just out of alpha and trying to run level 4s in very badly fit battleships or insanely underpowered battlecruisers that both end up dead.
