Dean Evenson would be interesting. He did a lot with a team with no cap space. If they go that route they have to let him pick 2 assistants outside the org. Arniel stays as an assistant but Johnson and Lauer are replaced by Evansons guys.

Elliot is right though, none of the options are top tier coaches. They are all the same tier and that is a mid tier. So who has the most upside and who can continue the culture change on this squad? Cant be a defence only coach. We need a good all around coach
