I have to ask: A C7 chord consist of C E G A# as far as I know. Your C7 chord consist of A# E G but there is no C. Is it some sort of a special chord or is there another 'trick' so to speak hidden here? Or have I missed something somewhere? I was thinking powerchord as I believe you miss out the root note in a powerchord.

Well spotted. In a power chord you miss out the 3rd. Missing the root is pretty common (such as the 2020 D7 chord, which doesn't have a D). The 'idea' of the chord will get across as it has a 3rd (to tell us if it's major or minor) and the b7th (so we know it's a 7tth chord). Once you get into chords with more notes than strings, the root is often first to go.
