I had it bad. I took two rounds of ivermectin over four weeks and washed my clothes, sleeping bag every day. THEY GONE! I took another round on the sixth week just to make sure. Hope this helps someone.

Environment is minimal items, cleaned multiple times a day. Clothes washed and tumble dried every day. Multiple permetherin, malathion, benzyl benzoate, and spinosad applications, as well as two doses of ivermectin a week apart, still not cured. What next?

Try sodium hydroxide 2 tsp and 1 capfull of bleach. In your bath water , wash off then a bath with olive oil , 1 tsp. This will st least control them. Then get a hand held steamer and steam all over your body. Youll notice the nits rise out of your skin. It helps.

I think you need to ammend your video. Im neither dirty/ unkept and i dont have sexual partners and hsve scabies lice infestation. Ive cleaned relentless ly, threw out my couches and bsthed head to toe in permiyhrin as directed miltiple times and still thry persist. There is a story in thr news about chemical resistant lice you dhould check out, ive been able to control them my bathing in water with bleach [cap full] and 2 tsp. Of sodium hydroxide (lye) afterwards i rinse off and cover myself with vaseline or my favorite, olive oil for an hour before cleaning it off. Peemithrin and ivermectin have been ineffective. I think its actually starting to kill people from anemia or heart attack from blood loss. Seriously.
