The only jeans I wear are Levi's 501 and 505's. Very well built, wear them year round no matter the season. Although I don't find them to be particularly warm during the winter here in the Chicago area, it's like wearing cheese cloth with that frigid wind chill. This is when I bust out the corduroy pants.

This doesn’t rly work 100% of the time but it’s good for me. Whenever I’m looking for vintage Levi’s I look for my waist size + 2 as a general rule and then I spend like 10-15$ to get the length tailored to whatever length I want. If u scout through ebay listings u can come up on some steals for most of the Levi’s I’ve copped (except the redlines) it’s always cheaper to just cop vintage and get the length tailored. Also side note don’t be afraid to ask a seller to measure the jeans for u especially if they are vintage you don’t wanna cop a garm that’s not gonna fit right.

How do these and the 501s compare to the Dickies 874? Really hard to find a Jean similar to the silhouette/fit of the goat 874 😓

Thank you for this video. I am just getting into Levi's and found out that 505s are the standard for me. I do have a pair of 501s but for a zipper fly it is 505. I do have vintage 619 that are faded (I typically go dark wash) that are my relaxed fit hang out at home pants.

Another fire video, but I wanted to ask about draping. The Levi 505s and Dickies 874 have draping? My issue is I have a lot of Jordan 1s in my collection, and I really liked how your Orée 1s looked with these pants.
@DrewJoiner3 жыл бұрын
They do, all pants have to fall somewhere all draping is is the pant falls slightly over the top of sneaker. With most straight fit pants they drape over the shoe vs being stacked up on top of the shoe. I hope I explained that well enough
