I had a fifteen-year career making electronic music, and the parallels between your visual creative process and my audio creative process are eye-opening. You have elucidated techniques that allow me to tie in my skills from another medium into painting and collage. Mind expanded. Thank you.
@LewisNobleArtist4 жыл бұрын
Definitely. It goes both ways. I do a bit of (bad) song writing and the collage idea in the creative process helps a lot.

As an artist who’s trying his hand at trying to produce music it’s super interesting to see the parallels between something that seems so different yet there’s similarities that you wouldn’t expect. And I have no background in music I just have a passion for electronic music and trying to learn this stuff has been the hardest thing ever for me cause I’m such a visual person but now I must engage with another one of my senses.

Can I say Lewis, “wow” that was so inspiring, I kept trying to guess your next move which was very helpful. I love how you use inexpensive materials, I am so weary of artists telling us to buy only the best quality, but that is hard on a budget and unfortunately I freeze up thinking of the cost of the paper or…..but I’ve gone out and brought a book of cartridge paper and set to have fun, I’ve also seen on another video using plywood panels which is genius, my husband is going to cut them to size. Many thanks for the inspiring channel, blessings from Australia
