@@andradeanita why? It depends how it resonates with you. To me they are good reminders of starting with myself when figuring out why some things are not working as much as I’d like them to be, however from the perspective of improving / transforming my thoughts, habits and life for the better rather than self-criticising, downsizing and falling into a victim state. Have to say also to me personally astrology, therapy, healing help a lot as well, working with subconscious, not everything depends on your conscious thoughts. People can have some goals and principles and think they are theirs however in reality they are not.

Personally, I had a good full-time job but wanted to go into my own business. One that I could operate on my own property. One day a listened to Jim Rohn's "the Magic of Part-Time" speech. Little by little I started buying the materials & tools I needed & instructional materials, studied & practiced. I don't think I watched tv for months. Unless it was an instructional video. When I hadsone experience under my belt I leaped in & went for it. My life has never been the same. I have worn many work uniforms but I made a promise to myself that the I would only wear my own from now on.

Wanna know what, adults stop taking risk, stop being childlike....cuz as a child, the pain revolved around learning is usually physical. We get used to physical pain. But as an adult, the pain moves into emotional. Fail at relationships, don't get the job...the pain of failure is Emotional. Where we are equipped to deal with physical pain, no one teaches us how to deal with emotional pain... so adults avoid emotional pain at all costs or numb it with substances. This is what all the self help , motivation movement is about.... learning to deal with emotional pain because the co sequence of NOT developing mentally and emotionally is a habit of unchecked negative emotions and reinforcing thought patterns. And we all are....wishing we had been taught emotional control and how to control our thoughts now. 🎉

Probably that's the golden ticket - to be able to quiet the inner critique and go about our business with full intensity. ' I am not enough', ' I don't deserve' - most people don't ever get beyond this mental barriers because of past failures and never see the future they could have lived. That's the story of mankind. Someone said graveyards are the places where most great ideas are buried that never saw the light of the day.

People close to you see all your faults and know your weaknesses. They must believe in you and love you enough to encourage you, like a mentor and think of failure as learning. Thinking outside the box for your goals and deliberately making yourself curious helps. Point out strengths in every area because that relates to the gift you’re meant to share.
