Grant Cardone is the author of eight business books, thirteen business programs, and is the CEO of seven privately held companies. Forbes calls him one of the top social media business influencers in the world. Seriously, this guy knows how to maximize growth and success.
Grant Cardone’s investments are pretty massive. He founded and manages a real estate investment firm, Cardone Capital, with $1 billion assets under management. He also travels the world consulting Fortune 500 companies, small business owners, startups, and governments on business expansion. In his career, Grant Cardone has worked with Google, Sprint, Aflac, Toyota, GM, and Ford, just to name a few.
No big deal.
Grant Cardone’s books are another huge part of his career. He’s a multiple-time bestselling author of books like The 10X Rule, where he reveals his best advice for taking “massive action” and achieving your biggest business dreams!
But Grant Cardone’s “10X Rule” has grown much bigger than the book - it’s a whole movement. Grant Cardone founded The 10X Movement because he wants to teach you to 10X your business, 10X your income, and 10X your life. He believes we’re all underestimating ourselves, but if we can learn to think bigger, we’ll achieve success we could never anticipate.
Grant Cardone also founded The 10X Growth Conference. In 2019, he hosted the conference at Miami Marlins Park in Miami, Florida, with over 34,000 business people and entrepreneurs in attendance from over fifty countries. Forbes voted The 10X Growth Conference the #1 conference for marketing, and Grant is just getting started. He’s gearing up for the conference in 2021, and you can go ahead and reserve your seat!
But The 10X Movement isn’t Grant’s only focus. He’s also been in the real estate investing world for 35 years, and he’s the founder and CEO of Cardone Capital, where he has over $1.7 billion in managed assets. That’s a lot of money!
Sound like something you want to get in on? Well, Grant has a place for you too. He’s the founder of the online Cardone University, which boasts over 800 video courses and allows entrepreneurs to learn from his experience and expertise.
Grant Cardone is a major player in the business world. With decades of experience, he’s built an impressive base of knowledge and business sense, and he wants to help you maximize your growth and success. We get into a lot of great stuff in our conversation, so let’s dive in!

My opinion and I know everyone's got one, so. I think Grant could benefit himself, his group and us by sharing how he helps his community because in this interview his ego is off the charts and I don't mean that in a way that says I don't like him I totally get him but it is a turn off to be braggadocious. He could affect more people in a positive way if he would dial back the ego and go for a more humble approach when sharing his thoughts, ideas and insights.

I completely agree playing small is a cop out to being great however pursuit of money to feed your ego is it dangerous go to way of doing business being humble is virtue and it's difficult balance to strike

1:38 Grant said his wife told him why women don't like him. I disagree I love it he lacks humility that is his only character flaw did I can see and that could be why she thinks women don't like him he doesn't realize yet he can still be a badass Beast and be humble at the same time being a badass is just making badass decisions and profiting off of them take the ego out and you've got a humble badass he should pursue that he'll triple his well if he does

This guy is making himself sound very naive about money pushing Grant 2 more than 2 billion I mean yeah good to strive for more and set goals but clearly she doesn't have a clue how much 2 billion dollars is he couldn't spend that in a lifetime well he could if he gave it all away but still

Woah 1:31:51 " Trying not to be great hurt me alot" sends chills down my spine because i really just left that depressing phase in my life. They say the ego is bad, but noooo no no! That shit gives you purpose in life, to say "I did that" or "We made that happen". Its one thing to recognize your ego for what is it, and it is another to act like you dont have it, its a part of you, people have to just learn how to make it work for them.

I was listening to Grant the morning before my exams and he was speaking of using dept to build your business and I had a business I needed to register but I didn’t want to start with debt but I was so inspired and I just took his words to heart. I got to school and before I wrote my exam I had already talked to a friend about my business and how much I needed to start my business and just after the meeting he gave me 70 thousand naira to start and gave me 5 months before I pay back. If you want to be a millionaire, listen to millionaires If you want to be a billionaire, listen to billionaires.

IF women don't like your platform, it's because your straight up communication style cuts down on small talk. As a woman, i completely understand Grant's take on things, without all of the fluffy, pink superlatives to make a point. You just cut to the point and save time and energy. Love it - it's refreshing.

Why compare yourself to other people? You should be competing against yourself. Compare yourself from where you've come from to where you are now, and where you want to be. Forget about everybody else and what they've accomplished. You are on your own path not theirs.

I have so many mixed feelings about this video. There’s definitely some nuggets of good info in here (like you need to be rich, think bigger, etc.)... At the same time: advertising 20%+ IRR to crowdfund properties - then buying them personally and selling them to your company at 6% APR (paid for by investors) is pretty sketch. And there’s not a whole lot of concrete action steps, all I’ve heard about 40 minutes in is general mindset stuff.
