I love the idea of living near a place that has that small town feel. We would have to live just outside though because we need 3-4 acres of cleared land. Our big working dog needs to spend a lot of time outside walking and I like the privacy of the country. It's always very challenging for us to find a place that meets our criteria within our budget. Someday we would love to move back to NC.

Has there been anymore restaurants or business growth in Lewisville since shooting this video? We live in a town of about 13,000 and love the small town community feel. We are also spoiled with many restaurants, bars and great downtown. That's what I was hoping for when looking into Lewisville.

Hi! A few more restaurants and businesses have opened. I live in Lewisville and am about 50/50 of doing things here. Clemmons is less than 5 minutes from me, so all of its restaurants, shopping etc are very easy to get to. Thanks for watching!

Do you know much about the Pfafftown area? When I look on Zillow it seems like prices are a little cheaper there.

I do...Pfafftown is great, with highly rated schools and desirable neighborhoods. Prices might be a little lower than very popular neighborhoods in Winston, so it depends on what you're comparing it to.For other popular suburbs it's priced very similar. I grew up in the 70s and 80s, walking and biking to school even in kindergarten. I am looking for a place to raise my kids with similar freedom. Any chance of that in Lewisville or Clemmons?
