"This looks suspiciously SM58y." 😁 Great in-depth review. The sound at 20:11 might be bad if you don't want it, but doing it on purpose it's a pretty cool sound. Could use that in some experimental music.

Thanks for the review and for the other comments. I have the MTP 350 CM which looks quite similar but is a condenser. While not quite as low a bass as you I find it well suited for my voice and would be interested to hear your thoughts. One note is that the proximity was a little odd as the other commenter said, adding the external foam tamed it quite dramatically.

Could you please tell me, which mic is the one attached on the pantograph?

Well now this was an interesting video, these Lewitt microphones are pretty much what you would call "A New Kid On The Block" realitivly speaking when compared to Shure, AKG, Beyerdynamic etc, etc, this looks like an interesting shop too and how convenient having it just across the way from your home. I would be interested to know where these Lewitt microphones are made actually, and that cabinet of second hand microphones looks rather interesting too, I see they have a vintage Beyerdynamic, an AKG C535B which is rather nice and the classic AKG D330BT which was AKG's "Flagship" model back in the late 70's and a touring favourite of THE GREAT ABBA!! and is pretty seldom seen these days too, I am lucky enough to own one of them and it does sound AMAZING!! but it seems to lack the low end that you require in a microphone so would probably not be for you but I would be really interested to see you do a review on it as nobody ever has and I would be interested to hear your verdict on this one for sure, also I would be very interested to see your review of the Shure Beta 87A, this is the microphone i use on stage as it seems to be best suited to my voice being that i sing a pretty varied set

Yup, I plan to get through them bit by bit.

I had the 550 for Twitch streaming and sold it. There's a tiny proximity sweet spot for male voices. Just a little too far away and the voice sounds weak and thin; a little too close and the proximity effect was too boomy. The handling noise is pretty bad for a handheld mic. I think it's best suited for female voices.
