Thanks,really enjoyed both the presentation and lovely interview. Very good point,listen to the whispers your body is making and you mostly can save yourself from serious injury/stress related damage etc. Mix in humility and of course be aware of how you fuel...simple risk assessment!

Another great video. Well-paced, with a relaxed & casual feel to it. I would love to see a bike tour of Montreal, it's such a pretty city. Hearing Amber mention the whispers made me hang my head with regretful experience. I listen now, for the most part, hahaha. Still not sure about the Meme Moment; it just seems so out of place with everything else. Looking forward to the next one. :)
