This series is extremely useful because no one in a street fight throws short crisp punches while dancing around. Mostly, guys square off and trade telegraphed punches. Their success depends on 3 things: speed, strength, & stupidity. The fighter who isn't street smart enough to block & counter will get hurt first. Moreover, the fighter who acknowledges that his legs & feet can wreck an opponent's knees has a a good chance of winning because of the following facts: legs are more powerful than arms, they have a longer reach than arms, and guys can't use their hands & arms to block leg strikes to the knees. I kicked a sparring partner just above the knee with a softened strike; sadly, he moved right into it. He doubled over. When his head went to waist level, I saw how vulnerable he was.

It could be from the frames. As you are use the slowmo from KZbin you are only reducing how many frames are in a second that s why cameras specialy design for slowmo have more frames per second than normal cameras. I am not saying that they connected there but this is why it could seams like they didn t.
