Hey dude what’s the name of the tool used to tighten/loosen the valves can’t find it anywhere

Thanks a lot mate ordering one now just got a venom with no spark got it a new stator to fit on tonight and wanna do valves just so I know everything on it is set right (my first proper project other then fixing a no spark issue on my 2016 ASSAULT) hopefully all goes well and I have it running tomorrow 🤞

Yes. It's a Lexmoto Venom SK125-22

Hi can you tell me how to line the timing up pls

First remover the big plug cover on the left engine cover, a 10mm Allen key if I remember right. And a chunky flat screwdriver for the plug at the top. Then as you rotate the engine you'll see the timing marks. Ones for the firing point marked F and one is for top center marked T. Align the T mark to the notch inside the plug hole

Great video. Also working on this bike, was wondering if you had a reference sheet or something for the torque settings for the bolts on this engine. I can't seem to find one anywhere other than someone saying to guess based on the specs for a cg125 or ybr.

I have an oil light on mine and I have filled it up on the side I’m just wondering if there is another reservoir Anywhere I can’t seem to find one

The oil can symbol on these is just a service indicator. Of you've done the service you can reset the light. Plenty of videos on YT showing how it's done

I got the same bike but can’t figure out why mine keeps bogging in 2nd gear a lot, any ideas?

Jets? Needle height? What have you done to it?

@@LowtherSport not much except for cleaning the carburettor, it made a difference but I still can’t drive without turning the choke off. Just to note there is a performance exhaust on my bike, but I don’t know if it has any effect besides being loud.

Fueling maybe... Is the choke fully off? If the cable isn't set right, it'll stay on just a little to restrict the airflow

I don’t think it’s a fuel issue as I Cheaked the tank for blockage etc I got a higher jetted carb and that did nothing I think it might be engine times but I can’t find the venom engine times anywhere online everything about the bike is fine it runs well and turns over perfectly jus won’t let me max out the throttle

@@LowtherSport no I got rid of the airbox and replaced it with standard air filter has no EGR either

Well there's a problem to start with. Slide throttles don't like open filters. So that's too much airflow and not enough restriction to pull the fuel through the jets
