When you get to this price range, it seems that the real determinate is the car's aspirational qualities: i.e., fulfilling that dream of having whatever car was on that poster, or TV show. People aspire to and acquire that Porsche Turbo, Ferrari, or Mercedes SL, not ever considering anything else. The fact that Toyota has produced a stellar product becomes irrelevant as nobody knows what it is... Is this the equivalent to the SC they used to make? Then why not call it the SC? - I see this mistake with Toyota, Cadillac as well as other brands. This car is a prime example of a really stylish, unique pair of shoes but, in ten, twenty years, will anybody remember it? I hope Toyota, as well as other brands, stick with this, and its like, continuously improving it and turning it into a legend. And don't change the name of it. Pick one, stick with. and that goes for your too, Cadillac...

Every time I get bored, or unmotivated, or even depressed, I come back to savagegeese's Lexus reviews. And thanks to them, the LC500 has become my dream car. Growing up in a poor family, struggled to live in a developing country where rich men stomped on others with European cars, somehow the BMWs, the Audis and the Mercendes-Benz were so evil to my eyes. I know it is not fair to the European cars, to say they are bad, but when the value of money is too high, measured literally in blood, sweat and tears, you will eventually learn to love the Japanese cars more. So resilient, so reliable, as if they are built to test the time. Toyota and Honda are the go-to for my family. My parents worked hard for years to buy a CR-V that they treasured more than their kids (joking, haha). It is one of their greatest achievement. Now I got a chance to get out of the country, and driving and making money off an old Honda Accord. I do not know what the future may bring, but my dream is to own an LC500 and take my parents for a ride that they truly deserve.
