Since its easier to pass blame than take personal responsibility...YOU jinxed me on the radiator nipple I was tightening the big idler, and should have been more than fine with how tight I had it but went for 'one more check' heard a snap, exhaled and said "fuuuuuuuuhh' I knew immediately what had just happened. So I had a little tantrum, pushed my tool cart back in the garage, got on KZbin, made this comment and now I'm off to begin pricing a radiator on Rockauto. Thanks a lot BoltsNBoost Kidding about blaming you - not at all about everything else. I knew when I heard you say it that I was going to end up doing it cuz it's a 'me' thing to do...fuuuuuhhh.

What did you attempt to do for the temporary fix on the nipple? I broke mine putting everything back together

Nothing worked. It blew with pressure after some jb weld. Immediately ordered one.

@BoltsNBoost haha excellent, when you do some spirited driving you'll hear thay loud chirp "CHH" sound, goes away with serpentine belt and tensioner replacement lol

Hey man I got the same problem with the radio nipple I was trying to change the radiator fan and I accidentally hit of you can show me how to replace the radiator in your next video that will be great thank and keep up with the video your doing great

I juat replaced my radiator... my bottom neck broke off... ordered a new pne from rock auto. 100 bucks.. been 3 month's and its been doing good

I have a belt sqeel . It comes an goes. I lmow iys the belt beacuse i sprayed it with belt lube and it goes away then cpmes back. So i know its not a bearing or pully.. belt still looks good and belt is still tight. I wounder if i should just do the belt change. Or maybe tensionier getting old and going out inermidaitely... what do you think?

It's hard to say, could be a dry belt, could be a tensioner or could be a bearing. I have had bad bearings that quiet down with spraying the belt
