2015 RCF with the Apexi N1X Evolution Extreme Resonated Catback exhaust system. It was very easy to install, not very loud but sounds great.

Tampa, is that a full Apexi exhaust with Apexi resonated mid pipe? Also did you have to cut or trim anything for fitment?

I gotta say, This exhaust is wayyyyy too quiet with resonators. Barely louder than stock. Resonator delete woke it up some, but headers made it perfect.

I agree. This is my brothers car. He has mentioned wanting the mid-pipes now to wake it up more. It is very quiet.

I'm thinking of going with this Apexi but WITHOUT the resonators and with PPE Equal Length Headers. I'm going back and forth between the Apexi and the valved Armytrix system with PPE Headers. Apexi states it's only a 3 DB difference @4500 RPM's (95 DB w/resonators or 98 DB w/o resonators and less then 3 pound weight difference so is it better to just stick with the resonators to avoid "drone" if they truly are that close together in both sound and weight ??? I can't make up my mind.

@@Drewg351 it droned with and without resonators. And it definitely felt like a bigger difference than that in volume after I took them off. I have a video on my channel of it paired with PPE UEL headers.

@@moogies3754 OK. So would you recommend going WITHOUT the resonators in that case ??? I want to get an order in soon. If I go with the Apexi vs the Armytrix, I can do the headers and full Apexi exhaust. If I go Armytrix, I can't swing the header's now. I'd have to wait, so I'm hoping to be able to achieve a good sound and power gain from whatever I end up doing. Just something about the Armytrix "sound" I'm not really loving. In my opinion, it doesn't sound "smooth". It's slightly "broken up" and "raspy", especially at high RPM's. This Apexi sounds deep and smooth. I'm just hoping it's loud enough. I don't need "race car loud", but I do want to be able to tell I have an aftermarket exhaust system, especially if I drop close to 8K. I'm going to check out your chanel now. Thanks !!! Any toughts or suggestions ???

@@Drewg351 I definitely recommend not getting the resonated. Not a big enough difference from stock in my opinion. Only had the resonators on for a couple weeks before getting them removed. Headers really woke it up for sure, but the Apexi still kept it somewhat tame when I was just cruising. It was the perfect system imo. I traded the car in for a Tacoma recently so I can’t make more videos unfortunately but I can tell you I was very happy with the end result of my setup
