Agree! This song makes me think of my grandpa and him fishing on a Sunday with my grandmother went to church by herself. I asked him, "Grandpa. Why don't you go to church?" and I'll never forget that he told me, "Baby, this is my church." Powerful then and powerful now. This song really touches my heart. ❤🙏 I think going to church is wonderful, but I also know that God is all around. The song encapsulates that message and that feeling that you never alone because God is always just a thought or prayer away. This is just as good as any hymnal I've ever sang.

Dad committed suicide when I was 15. Parents were separated and I went to visit on weekend and walked in and found him in his bathtub. Cut his neck&wrists. Dropped out of school. Got into drugs. Driving drunk. Didn't try to take my life but definitely lived careless. Was angry at God and avoided him for a long time. Broken home growing up. Lots of trauma. Then had a moment out on the water fishing. Yelled at God. Well he answered in a weird way. 13 years later I have a beautiful wife and run a business. Thank you Lord. God Is good always.

I love this rendition. God isn't gone. He's making a come back soon. That's what this song speaks to me. This world is moving so fast, we all have different things that help us slow down. To heal. To really enjoy the small moments and appreciate what you have in life. "I don't know what they're saying, but it sounds like a hymm to me." That's called enjoying the beauty in all things and feeling it a soul level, to make peace with the past and not worry about the future. It's hard to find messages like that in music, but this is proof that we can still turn this world around if we can find God in the small, seemingly insignificant things of that we're being told everyday that no longer exists.

Do you believe that Jesus Christ is your Lord and Savior? If so say out loud Lord Jesus I confess and Believe that you are my Lord and Savior, I ask you to come into my heart now in Jesus mighty name thank you. After that, start repenting. Say it out loud again. Ex: I repent for addictions in Jesus name Amen. Repent, repent, and repent and ask for forgiveness. Forgive others but also remember to forgive yourself. We all make mistakes, we are all sinners but because of him we can change because of him we can be free of the torment I know what it’s like where you feel like your living hell. Hold onto Jesus. Praying that Gods will be done 🙏 in Jesus name, Amen

Luke 15:4-7 What man of you, having a hundred sheep, if he loses one of them, does not leave the ninety-nine in the wilderness, and go after the one which is lost until he finds it? And when he has found it, he lays it on his shoulders, rejoicing. And when he comes home, he calls together his friends and neighbors, saying to them, Rejoice with me, for I have found my sheep which was lost!’ I say to you that likewise there will be more joy in heaven over one sinner who repents than over ninety-nine just persons who need no repentance.

We just lost our Dad on the 14th of this month. December. He passed away the very next day after I got here the day before. I spent the last 6 hours with him at the hospital. Around 4 in the morning my sister showed up because of what the doctor said. Anyway I left. I'm his oldest. I couldn't see him take his last breath. Wasn't about to remember him like that. Didn't see my Mom go either. I won't remember the ones that gave me life taking their last. About a day or two later I came across this great Song. Taking everything in... knowing that we have to move on with out the two people that mattered most in our lives. I'm gonna be alright. I learned from my parents. It's the others I worry about. My other brothers and sister. Anyway this song just came through for me when I was deep in thought. I know things are gonna be ok. Thanks To The Lord Above Us. Amen 🙏.

I lost my grandfather (who raised me) two weeks after moving home to be with him, I lost my daughter in September, and I'm at risk of losing my home due to a civil case against my grandmother. Suicide is always in the back of my mind. But God finds me in the depth of my despair and doesn't let me go. I've strayed so far from my faith and don't feel worthy of his love.
