Hi, does anyone know if I can connect two HDMI cables to a splitter with this monitor? Would it read both devices coming from different input channels? It's quite an urgency so I'd really appreciate an answer

You mean switcher? splitter is one input to many outputs. You can use switcher for this monitor with for example a PC and an XBox.
