Lg dishwasher he error code. How to diagnose and fix.

Ever seen this issue where the HE error code does *not* occur in Turbo mode? All other modes do throw the HE code (and "symptoms" of heating element problem...i.e. cold dishes immediately after cycle completes).

These days the heating element and circulation pump are in one unit with a lot of brands. Either breaks you have to replace the unit. The older design was better as you replaced only the faulty part

Okay...suppose the HE code is what one gets, and you find that the heating element is fine. What next? LDF9932ST My guess is the heater? So one checks for continuity on the heater too? Is there a video on that?

Heating element is very similar to a front load washer.

I just discovered what that is: This is not an error code. It is the version information of the controller. If displayed, simply OFF the unit and then put the unit ON again.

No, it's the LDF5545ST. Over the past few months it started beeping in a strange stuttering way and I'll often have to power cycle it to get it to run normally. One time I saw this series of codes show up, but like I said in my previous post, that turned out to be just the software version number.
