Your Vid after this one looked sharper when I saw the Dolby Vision Samples. Watching out of order, Maybe just because I saw it first it looked better on the other vid. Still like that Dolby Vision.

DV and HDR are nice when they kick in, issue is too many formats out there these day. These are actually just a camera in front of the TV showing the mode kicking in, so with that said one clip could be in better focus. Thanks for watching.

Folks on the AVS forums have been reporting that DV (HDMI eg. Apple TV) was fixed in this version, so that's good news. Just an update that version 4.70.76 was released on LG's Korean Website.

above demo plays well via usb connected to my lg tv uk6360pte.in-spite of tv specs no where mentioned that it supports DV. have tried to play amaz dv demo, but that does not play. is there a way to check if tv supports dv or not.

which model do you have and what firmware level is it at?

I can confirm as well, it’s not on Euro store, I’m in UK, also I can’t try it on usb as my tv is on wall and have no access to usb panel. Is there any other way I can test this?

no access to the USB would be the only shot or connecting an apple 4K TV box would be the other way. There is nothing native on the TV aside from that one app that is missing from some regions. Right now none of the other internal apps that I know of support DV.

Hello, I have the LG c7 65" on firmware 4.70.65 How do I find/play this Dolby vision demo on my TV?

Install the app called "Dolby Access" from the LG content store, that is the first thing to try, Dolby Vision also works off of AppleTv and other sources like Netflix. You can also download to a USB drive DV demo's too. First play around with the Dolby Access app.

Are you in Europe or Outside of that? Judging from .65 I am assuming Europe, you can also download Dolby Vision files onto a USB from here 4kmedia.org/lg-dolby-vision-uhd-4k-demo/ to test with.

cool, I will ask around to see if the Dolby Access app is included on the Euro versions of the TV, maybe for some licensing reason they can't.
