Hi, in this case, what we have to do is disable Talkback on your cable box, by going into your cable box settings, then Accessibilities and then Talkback, and then turning it off, Let me know if this works, thanks for watching🫡

Hello! Let's start by checking if you have a cable box connected to your TV for watching regular channels. If you hear the voice only when using the cable box, you'll need to disable "TalkBack" on the cable box. To do this, you can use the cable box remote to access the settings, navigate to Accessibility, and disable TalkBack. It didn’t work. The audio guidance was turned off, but it was still working. I’m wondering if it’s just a certain channel? It seems fine on other channels.

Hello! If you're experiencing this issue with specific channels, it might be helpful to turn off the TALKBACK feature in your cable box settings rather than on your TV. To do this, you can use the remote provided with your cable box to navigate to the settings menu. From there, go to the accessibility options and look for the Talkback feature. But, this worked: COX AUDIO DESCRIPTION FIX >On Cox Remote press the blue button COX >Settings >Language Options >Audio language, >Select “Primary” >Press Blue COX button twice to exit.

To isolate this situation, can you please tell me if you hear this voice when you are watching regular channels or when you are using apps like Netflix, Prime Video KZbin, if this is happening just with regular channels, then this "Guidance Voice" should be disabled using the remote for your cable box by going into settings and then Accessibility, and right there you should see Talkback or Guidance voice, and from there you can disable it. Hi, it seems like this issue is related to your cable box, so it's needed to disable "TalkBack" on the cable box itself, normally to disable this on your cable box, you press and hold down the" CC" BUTTON on the cable box remote and you'll get the accessibility menu, and from there you disable it, if this does not work then you should contact your cable service provider for more specific steps, thanks for watching

Hi, First, is this happening with all the content on your TV? For instance, does this happen when you are on the home menu? Or does this happen when you are streaming on one particular app, like Netflix or KZbin TV? if so, then we will need to go into the app settings to disable Voice assistant, and if the issue persists, then you may consider doing a Factory data reset, but this step will erase everything from the TV and it will get back to the default settings, Thanks for watching
