Doesn’t seem to have a pause/play button on MR with G3 TV so cant seem to pause live TV (with USB stick) like I could with earlier LG models?

I tried to re-register the remote to my TV but it just comes up with a message saying "This remote is not supported by this TV" even though we have used this remote and the pointer on this same TV before. Please help

Dear Lee Cow, are you using the original remote that came with your TV? You can also try another method to re-register the remote as follows: 1. First disconnect the remote by holding the home and back button (a message appears that the remote is disconnected) 2. Then press the scroll-wheel (ok button) to register the remote again to the TV. If this does not help, please contact your local LG helpdesk via www.lg.com/common

Salve il mio mr23 funziona tutto anche il puntatore. Ma il tasto di accendi o spegnimento si illumina ma non accende né spegne pa tv. Da cosa dipende? Ho provato a riassociare il tv ma niente. Aiuto.

@LGSAE Besides this not being legit...I'll take the bait and reply due to boredom. You still have to hit the three dots to bring up the "Power" option after scrolling almost all the way down. It's inconvenient. Horrible change. The old remotes are so much better. I have the white Magic remote with with my LG UST Projector and a 2018 black Magic remote from one of my LG OLEDs. The 2022 Remote is much worse. I bit slimmer than the white one though. (Ergonomically) I know more on this subject than you. [Unfortunately] LG made WebOS worse -for marketing- and took the standby/cable box button off of the new Remote. I'll have to spend another twenty to twenty five dollars to get an older remote. I'll add the input selector button and the mute button is in a horrible place as well on the new remote. Mute being the same

Brand new remote with brand new batteries and I’ll have to click buttons twice before tv registers. The red led on remote won’t light up on first click but 2nd time it does. Does it with every button. Almost like remote goes into sleep mode and I have to press once to wake it up and again to input. My other magic remote doesn’t do that. Any idea why?

Dear Isac, the 2022 TV models (WebOS22) only work with a 2022 Magic Remote. On the sticker on the back of the remote, the model name should be 'MR22...'. If your TV model did not came with a Magic Remote, please check the specifications if your TV model can be used with a Magic Remote as an option. Dear TeamFlores TV, if your remote blinks red, this could mean it is ready to be paired with a TV. If you point the remote towards the TV and press the scrollwheel (ok) button, it should connect with the TV. It could be that your remote is not compatible with your TV, in that case you will see a message 'the remote cannot be registered..'. If you have a 2022 model (WebOS22) you need an MR22 magic remote, the MR21GA will not work on 2022 TV's. Also try this: press and hold both the home button and back button at the same time, keep pressing until the power button on the remote blinks red, then point at the TV and press the scrollwheel (ok) button.
