LG TV Netflix Missing From Content Store Solved

LG Smart TV Netflix Not Available Solved. This is how to restore the Netflix application or any other missing application on LG Content Store.
-Go to Advanced Settings
-Go to General
-Select Location
-Select LG Services Location
-Change it to any other country you want.
-Your TV will restart on its own
You might have to try a few times until you get the Netflix/Other App. Previously installed Apps are not affected when you change the LG services country. In some instances the App might detect your IP address location and not load any videos. To solve that problem I suggest you get VPN.

More power to you! I mistakenly updated the LG firmware, and the Netflix app stopped working, and disappeared from the LG content store. Changed the country to Australia and lo and behold! Found Netflix again and Disney+ too! Thanks for sharing your knowledge. You make the internet what it was supposed to be!

Been searching for ages on here (and I have been in IT since 1982) and there are plenty of KZbinrs telling you how to simply install what is available in their current LG Store but you are the 'first' to give a 'high leve'l explaination find out that could explain why I can't find Netflix on my two year old LG 64" Smart TV, so just for that, pretty cool world wide. My problem is getting old 68, I easily forget things! :-( My issue was being so fussy I ran out of what I what would call quality shows such as Narcos and Ozarks, and chose to stop my subscription about Febuary 2020. I am absolutely sure I had Netflix in my LG Store and could use via the my Netflix remote button. About a month joined Netflix again and assume I would be able to install Netflix from the LG store - but could not find it. On many frustrated chats and phone support (absolutelty useless - they should emply you as a manager) to Netflix and even LG apparently that certain older LG models DO NOT have the techology to install the Netflix and that is why I can't find it. I think that is bollocks !! Would you believe one even told me I am not able to connect my LT Smart TV to my PC via HDMI cable - WHAT!!!!!, shaking head in disbelief :-( Even though my memory is not as good as it was, I could swear blind it was there as a standard app in the LG bar list at the bottom, and now can't find it as an App (not now) in the LG Store. So if could and would really appreciate, are you able to tell me if Netflix or LG 'REMOVED' that app from LG store and that is the reason for my problem. I also live on the Isle of Man and I can't remember too well, but during the setip process I had to carry out something different in the normal LG setting up process, and i think that included something the UK LG service store, I think ???? 1. My question, would choosing South Africa to download the Netflic App = work ? 2. But would it then change any other current LG Store apps ( I would say No, but would appreciate your obvious high level skills). 3) Do have any suggestions what 'locations' other than South Africa, UK and the Isle of Man I would find the best to use. Either way Dominic, having once been a Senior Microsoft Certified Trainer who set up an anonymous web site for the Teckies I taught back in 1997 (now about 2500 members) for rants, examples of good service or complaints about poor employers. I am going to recommend your KZbin on the my Administrator comments page , that gets a lot of views, you obviously have talent, brains and know your stuff.

Simple and easy solution! Was able to fix it right away. Steps I did: Settings > General > Location > LG Services Country > South Africa ( or in my case USA ) > Agree to LG Contract
