Love this phone. It has the same image sensor as the Pixel4 and because it's 1yr old you can score one for around $220 usd. Headphone jack, sd card slot, OIS, etc...etc....seriously people don't waste your money on new phones/contracts.

@@captainmorgan5449 I do like my v40 alot, I used to have an iPhone 4, which led me to getting a 6 and what a piece of crap. Thanks to being awakened by Louis Rossman I got the heck out of that trash. I use a couple of location apps and they definitely draw on my battery though , by 3/4 thru the work day with moderate use and alot of driving it's down in the 30% range usually. No biggie , I pop it on the charger and it's charged by the end of the work day and that lasts me till I go to sleep, and I'm on this thing all the time. When I'm due to upgrade , I think I'll check out the v50.

@@MrTheHillfolk V50 is nice. I would probably steer clear of the Sprint variant as they have merge with T mobile. T mobile has came out and said they will not provide updates for the Sprint V50. I would look into Verizon version if you are in the United States. That is why the Sprint V50 is cheap right now

Excellent review and tips. I just wish LG would allow screenshot recording mode to mpg or mp4 and ability to save still screenshots as jpg with percent quality to save on bandwidth. Otherwise I always have to install another app for those 2 tasks. GIF animation is quite data hungry and not clear plus the 15 second limit. Otherwise awesome phone. On AliExpress $148 CAD right now as of May 5th 2022
